Rent assistance payments are for people who cannot pay their rent, due to a personal emergency or conflict beyond their control. We partner with Freestore Foodbank in Cincinnati, CAIN (Churches Active in Northside), Jewish Family Service in Clifton, Santa Maria Community Services in Price Hill, and the Welcome House of Northern Kentucky.
This program grants money towards rental assistance, paid directly to the landlord, on a one-time basis. The purpose of this program is to provide emergency assistance to an individual or family to avoid eviction.
Our application process has been updated with different applications for each partner. First, select a partner. Then, download and fill out the corresponding partner form. Next, present it to your leasing office. Last, submit, fax, or email to one of our partners, along with all required documentation.
