Scholarships

Each January at least 3 scholarships are awarded to students recommended by the Freestore/Foodbank, the Welcome House and Cincinnati State Department of Real Estate. The recommended students are awarded $1000 to be paid directly to the post-secondary school of their choice. This often covers the books and lab costs not covered by other grants or loans. The budget for this program is $3000.

Schloarships are also awarded to candidates for the NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAMT (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician) who apply. The budget for this program is also $3000.
